Four (or Five?) Levels of Curious
In praise of finding out. Plus The Heard.
A recent Nieman Storyboard item titled “Notes from a nonfiction writing workshop” includes this passage (quoting directly, although I’ve broken it up and added bullets):
There are four kinds of people when it comes to being curious about the world and asking questions.
The first one walks down the street and notices nothing.
